Beijing – two US qualified mid level to senior capital markets lawyers are required for our Beijing office.  Language skills are essential.
Hong Kong or Beijing - we require US* qualified lawyers with Mandarin language skills to join the M&A practice in either Beijing or Hong Kong.  Ideal candidates will have 3 or 5 years of strong M&A experience and strong US technical M&A skills (ie be well versed in the 34 Act) is preferred.
*non US qualified lawyers will be considered if experience is relevant and they are fluent in Mandarin and they are prepared to take the NY bar exam.

Beijing and Hong Kong - we have opportunities in our Beijing, Hong Kong offices for a US educated Legal Assistants (Paralegal).  As both roles require a high level of English proof-reading the ideal candidate will be at native level fluency in English.  Proficiency in Mandarin is ideal but not essential.  Both positions will work across our Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets Teams.
